5 Things I Did This Week to Help Lower My Stress Levels

I had maybe one of the most stress-free weeks of my life, and here’s how I did it.

Teachers, I know back to school is crazy - my two teenagers just went back and I can all too vividly remember my days of classroom decorating and meeting new students. Somehow, I was still able to find peace in the madness. I did it through chore delegation, preparing outfits and foods for the week, listening to my body, and making better use of my waiting time.

It is practical to be a teacher and have low-stress weeks. Here’s what you need to do.

You’ll Learn:

  • The importance of establishing routines

  • Why you need to delegate laundry, or any chores

  • What pre-planning outfits can do for your week

  • How to effectively unpack your groceries for low-stress meals all week

  • How you can make good use of your time spent waiting

  • How to find an exercise and social routine that works well for you

  • The importance of listening to your body
